Entity Account definition

Entity Account means an account in the name of PF.
Entity Account has the meaning set forth in §1.1471-1(b)(40).
Entity Account means an account held by one or more entities.

  • Controlled Deposit Account means each deposit account (including all funds on deposit therein) that is the subject of an effective Control Agreement and that is maintained by any Loan Party with a financial institution approved by the Administrative Agent.
