Ordinary Market Purchases. For greater certainty, nothing contained in this Agreement shall limit the ability of Pubco (or any of its subsidiaries, including without limitation, Indus US) to make ordinary market purchases of Pubco Shares in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory and stock exchange requirements.
Ordinary Market Purchases. For greater certainty, nothing contained in this Agreement, including the obligations of Holdings contained in Section 3.24, shall limit the ability of Holdings to make a “Rule x0x-00 Xxxxxxxx” of Holdings Shares pursuant to Rule 10b-18 of the Securities Exchange Act.
