  • Suppliers and Customers (a) The Company has adequate sources of supply for its business as currently conducted and as proposed to be conducted. The Company has good relationships with all of its material sources of supply of goods and services and does not anticipate any material problem with any such material sources of supply.   • Suppliers No supplier of merchandise to the Company or any of its subsidiaries has ceased shipments to the Company or any of its subsidiaries, other than in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practices, which cessation would reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

  • To Customer To the extent Goods or any of their substances fall within the scope of other chemical control regulations, Supplier confirms and represents that the Goods or any of their substances, are fully compliant with these regulations.
