Common use of Organized Health Care Arrangement Clause in Contracts

Organized Health Care Arrangement. If requested by Hospital during the term of this Agreement, Group and Group Practitioners shall participate in an Organized Health Care Arrangement (“OHCA”), as such term is defined under HIPAA, and comply with Hospital’s OHCA-related policies, procedures, and notice of privacy practices.
