Common use of ORIGINAL CONDITIONS Clause in Contracts

ORIGINAL CONDITIONS. The Reinsurer’s liability to the Company shall attach simultaneously with that of the Company and the reinsurance of all Business Covered hereunder shall be subject in all respects to the same risks, terms, clauses, conditions, interpretations, alterations, modifications cancellations and waivers as the respective insurances (or reinsurances) of the Company’s Policies and the Reinsurer shall pay losses as may be paid thereon, the true intent of this Agreement being that in each and every case to which this Agreement applies, the Reinsurer shall follow the settlements and fortunes of the Company, subject always to the limits, terms and conditions of this Agreement.
