Common use of Orthodontic Plan Clause in Contracts

Orthodontic Plan. The Region shall provide a rider to the plan to provide for orthodontic services to a lifetime maximum of $2500.00 with fifty (50%) percent of the cost of the treatment paid by the employee and the remainder provided by the plan.
