Common use of OSHA REQUIREMENTS Clause in Contracts

OSHA REQUIREMENTS. Contractor agrees to comply with conditions of the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the standards and regulations issued there under, and certifies that all items furnished and purchased will conform to and comply with said laws, standards and regulations. Contractor further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the State of Mississippi and Purchaser from all damages assessed against Purchaser as a result of Contractor’s failure to comply with those laws, standards and regulations, and for the failure of the items furnished under the Master Agreement to so comply.
