Duration and compliance. 1. This Agreement is concluded for the time period until the end of the additional period for fulfilling commitments in the second commitment period of the Kyoto Protocol or until any questions of implementation under the Kyoto Protocol for any of the Parties, related to that commitment period or the implementation of the joint fulfilment, are resolved, whichever is the later. This Agreement cannot be terminated before then.

Duration and compliance. The duration of this agreement shall be from July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011. During such period of time, any individual contract between the Board and an individual employee, heretofore or hereafter executed, shall be subject to and consistent with the terms and conditions of this agreement. If an individual contract contains any language inconsistent with this agreement, this agreement shall be controlling. Each individual employee contract when tendered to the employee shall be signed by the president of the Board and shall incorporate by written reference the terms and provisions of this agreement. In the event an employee should desire to resign his/her contract, he or she shall be permitted to do so by providing written notice of such to the superintendent two weeks prior to such resignation becoming effective. Similarly, in the event the superintendent should desire to terminate an individual employee's contract, he or she shall be permitted to do so by providing written notice of such to the employee two weeks prior to such termination becoming effective. By mutual agreement of the parties, the two week notice requirement for resignation or termination may be waived.
Duration and compliance. This Master Contract shall be effective commencing on July 1, 2020, and ending on June 30, 2021.

  • Monitoring and Compliance Every year during the term of this Agreement on the anniversary date of the effective date of the Agreement, the Restaurant shall provide to the United States a narrative report of the actions taken during the reporting period to remove any barriers to access and otherwise enhance accessibility for individuals with disabilities at the Restaurant and any plans for action concerning ADA compliance in the coming year. The report shall include as an exhibit copies of any complaint, whether formal or informal, received during the reporting period alleging that the Restaurant was not being operated in compliance with the ADA or otherwise discriminated against any person on account of disability. The Owner and Operator of the Restaurant shall cooperate in good faith with any and all reasonable requests by the United States for access to the Restaurant and for information and documents concerning the Restaurant's compliance with this Agreement and the ADA. The United States shall have the right to verify compliance with this Agreement and the ADA, both as set forth in this Agreement and through any means available to the general public, including visits to the public areas of the Restaurant and communications with Restaurant staff. The United States shall have the right to inspect the facility at any time, and counsel for the United States need not identify themselves in the course of visits to the public areas.

  • Ethics and Compliance This trial will be conducted in accordance with the ethical principles that have their origin in the Declaration of Helsinki and the referenced directives, regulations, guidelines, and/or standards.

  • Law Compliance In providing the SOLID WASTE HANDLING SERVICES required by this AGREEMENT, CONTRACTOR shall observe and comply with all applicable federal and, state laws, regulations and codes regarding the provision of the SOLID WASTE HANDLING SERVICES described herein, as such may be amended from time to time, including where required by such laws, the funding and maintenance of sufficient closure and post-closure maintenance financial assurances for any landfill operated or utilized by CONTRACTOR for disposal of the SOLID WASTE. Any violation of this Paragraph shall constitute a major breach.
