OT/PT Equipment and Space Clause Samples
The "OT/PT Equipment and Space" clause defines the responsibilities and requirements related to providing and maintaining equipment and physical space necessary for occupational therapy (OT) and physical therapy (PT) services. Typically, this clause specifies which party—such as a healthcare provider or facility—must supply and upkeep specialized therapy equipment, ensure the therapy area meets regulatory standards, and maintain a safe, accessible environment for patients and staff. By clearly outlining these obligations, the clause helps prevent disputes over resource provision and ensures that therapy services can be delivered effectively and safely.
