Common Assessments. Common assessments shall mean identical or comparable assessments of student learning, growth, and achievement related to the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks, Massachusetts Vocational Technical Education Frameworks, or other relevant frameworks used by educators in the same role across the district. These assessments may be commercial assessments or district developed, and may include, but are not limited to: portfolios, pre- and post-tests, unit and course assessments, performance assessments, and capstone projects.

Common Assessments. Unit members mandated to participate in District curricular programs and common assessments shall be compensated equitably at variable rate or with release time. The curriculum councils will collaborate with the District and Association to determine the time and form of compensation for work done with common assessments.
Common Assessments. Upon Approval or amendment of the budget, the Board shall separately assess each Unit Owner its share of the estimated Common Expenses for such budget year, according to its Percentage Ownership Interest (unless BAHA agrees in writing to a different allocation for any Unit), which assessment shall be due and payable in accordance with the provisions of Section 7.06.   • Assessments There are no pending or, to Borrower’s knowledge, proposed special or other assessments for public improvements or otherwise affecting any Individual Property, nor are there any contemplated improvements to any Individual Property that may result in such special or other assessments.

  • Security Assessments Upon advance written notice by the JBE, Contractor agrees that the JBE shall have reasonable access to Contractor’s operational documentation, records, logs, and databases that relate to data security and the Contractor’s Information Security Program. Upon the JBE’s request, Contractor shall, at its expense, perform, or cause to have performed an assessment of Contractor’s compliance with its privacy and data security obligations. For purposes of this representation and warranty, any such taxes, assessments and other charges shall not be considered due and payable until the date on which interest and/or penalties would be payable thereon.
