OTC Quotation. Trustee shall use its reasonable best efforts to, directly or indirectly through the Manager (pursuant to the Management Agreement) or another agent, cause the Certificates to be quoted on an OTC market and shall thereafter use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain such quotation.
OTC Quotation. NOWTRANSIT shall have maintained its status as a company whose common stock is quoted on the Pink Market operated by OTC Markets Group, Inc.
OTC Quotation. From and after the Effective Date, the Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Units to continue be quoted on either OTCQB or OTCQX as soon as practicable after the applicable listing standards are satisfied or have been waived.
OTC Quotation. The Company shall use its reasonable best efforts to cause (i) the Rights to be issued in the Rights Offering to be quoted on the OTC during the Offering Period, and (ii) the shares of Common Stock to continue to be quoted on the OTC. The Investor acknowledges that the shares of Preferred Stock shall not be listed on the OTC or any other securities exchange or recognized trading system.
OTC Quotation. The Parent shall have maintained its status as a Company whose common stock is quoted on the OTCQB tier of the OTC Markets, and Parent shall not have received any notice that any reason shall exist as to why such status shall not continue immediately following the Closing.
OTC Quotation. VADO shall have maintained its status as a company whose common stock is quoted on the Pink Market operated by OTC Markets Group, Inc.
OTC Quotation. UAS shall have maintained its status as a company whose common stock is quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board maintained by the OTC Markets Group, Inc. (the “OTC Markets Group”) and no reason shall exist as to why such status shall not continue immediately following the Closing.
OTC Quotation. Hutech BVI shall have maintained its status as a company whose common stock is quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board maintained by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority or the OTCQB Marketplace maintained by Pink OTC Markets Inc. and no reason shall exist as to why such status shall not continue immediately following the Closing.
OTC Quotation. Acquisition Corp. shall have maintained its status as a company whose common stock is quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board maintained by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority or the OTCQB Marketplace maintained by Pink OTC Markets Inc. and no reason shall exist as to why such status shall not continue immediately following the Closing.
