Common use of Other Benefits Clause in Contracts

Other Benefits. Executive will be entitled to participate, to the extent he is eligible under the terms and conditions thereof, in all profit-sharing, hospitalization, insurance, medical, disability, or other fringe benefit or executive perquisite plans generally available to other senior executives of the Company.

Other Benefits. The Executive will shall be entitled to participate, to the extent he is eligible under the terms and conditions thereof, participate in all profit-sharingpension, hospitalizationsavings and retirement plans, insurancewelfare and insurance plans, medicalpractices, disabilitypolicies, or other fringe benefit or executive perquisite plans programs and perquisites of employment applicable generally available to other senior executives of the Company.

Other Benefits. Executive will shall be entitled to participateparticipate in any pension, profit-sharing, stock option, deferred compensation, or similar plan or program of the Company established by the Company, to the extent that he is eligible under the terms and conditions provisions thereof, . Executive shall also be entitled to participate in all profit-sharingany group insurance, hospitalization, insurance, medical, disabilityhealth and accident, disability or other fringe benefit similar plan or executive perquisite plans generally available to other senior executives of program established by the Company, to the extent that he is eligible under the provisions thereof.

Other Benefits. The Executive will be entitled to participateparticipate in all of the employee benefit and fringe benefit plans and arrangements that are generally available to senior executives of the Company, to the extent he is eligible under the on terms and conditions thereof, in all profit-sharing, hospitalization, insurance, medical, disability, or other fringe benefit or executive perquisite plans generally available no less favorable to the Executive than those applying to other senior executives of the CompanyCompany generally.

Other Benefits. The Executive will continue to be entitled to participate, all benefits and perquisites presently provided to him or generally to the extent he is most senior executives of the Company and be eligible to participate in and receive all benefits under the terms welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and conditions thereofprograms (including, in all profit-sharing, hospitalization, insurancewithout limitation, medical, prescription, dental, disability, or other fringe benefit or executive perquisite employee life, group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) available generally available to other the most senior executives of the Company.

Other Benefits. Executive will shall be entitled to participateparticipate in executive benefit plans and programs of the Company, if any, on the same terms and conditions as other similarly-situated employees to the extent he is that Executive’s position, tenure, salary, age, health and other qualifications make Executive eligible under to participate in such plans or programs, subject to the terms rules and conditions thereof, in all profit-sharing, hospitalization, insurance, medical, disability, regulations applicable thereto. The Company reserves the right to cancel or other fringe change the benefit or executive perquisite plans generally available and programs it offers to other senior executives of the Companyits employees at any time.

Other Benefits. Executive will shall be entitled to participate, eligible (to the extent he is eligible under the terms qualifies) to participate in any other retirement, health, accident and conditions thereof, in all profit-sharing, hospitalization, disability insurance, medicalor similar employee benefit plans as may be maintained from time to time by the Company for its other executives or employees subject to and on a consistent basis with the terms, disability, or other fringe benefit or executive perquisite plans generally available to other senior executives conditions and overall administration of the Companysuch plans.

Executive will shall be entitled to participateparticipate and shall be included in any pension, profit-sharing, stock option, deferred compensation, or similar plan or program of the Company to the extent that he is eligible under the terms and conditions provisions thereof, . Other Benefits. Executive will shall be entitled to participate(i) participate in life, medical, dental, hospitalization, disability and life insurance benefit plans made available by the Company to its senior executives and shall also be eligible to participate in existing retirement or pension plans offered by the extent he is eligible under Company to its senior executives, but, except as otherwise provided in Section 4.2, subject in each case to the terms and conditions thereof, in all profit-sharing, hospitalization, insurance, medical, disability, requirements of each such plan or other fringe benefit or executive perquisite plans generally available to other senior executives of the Companyprogram.

Other Benefits. Executive will shall be entitled to participate, to the extent he is eligible under the terms and conditions thereof, participate in all profit-sharing, hospitalization, insurance, medical, disability, or group health and insurance programs and all other fringe benefit or executive perquisite retirement plans generally or additional compensation which the Company may hereafter, in its sole and absolute discretion, elect to make available to other its senior executives of executives, managers, and key employees generally, provided Executive meets the Companygeneral qualifications therefor as established for such benefit. Nothing in this Subsection (d) shall obligate the Company to establish any such programs or plans just for Executive.

Other Benefits. The Executive will shall be entitled to participateparticipate in all employee welfare, perquisites, fringe benefit, vacation and other benefit plans, practices, policies and programs generally applicable to the extent he is eligible under the terms and conditions thereof, in all profit-sharing, hospitalization, insurance, medical, disability, or other fringe benefit or executive perquisite plans generally available to other senior executives of the Company.

Other Benefits. In addition to the benefits set forth above, the Executive will shall be entitled to participateparticipate in any other policies, programs and benefits which the Company may, in its sole and absolute discretion, make generally available to the extent he is eligible under the terms and conditions thereofother senior executives from time to time including, in all profit-sharingbut not limited to, hospitalizationhealth, insurancedental, medical, disabilitylife and disability insurance, or pension and retirement plans, stock plans and other fringe benefit or executive perquisite plans generally available to other senior executives of the Companysimilar programs.

Other Benefits. Executive will shall be entitled to participateentitled, if and to the extent he is eligible under the terms and conditions thereofeligible, to participate in all profit-sharingany group life, hospitalizationhospitalization or Disability insurance plan, insurancehealth program, medicalpension plan, disability, similar benefit plan or other so-called "fringe benefit or executive perquisite plans generally available to other senior executives benefits" of the Company, that may be no less favorable to Executive than the terms offered to other Employees of the Company during the Term.

Other Benefits. Other Benefits. Executive will shall be entitled to participate, eligible (to the extent he is eligible under the terms qualifies) to participate in any other retirement, health, accident and conditions thereof, in all profit-sharing, hospitalization, disability insurance, medicalor similar employee benefit plans as may be maintained from time to time by the Company for its other management employees subject to and on a consistent basis with the terms, disability, or other fringe benefit or executive perquisite plans generally available to other senior executives conditions and overall administration of the Companysuch plans.

Other Benefits. Executive will shall be entitled to participate, to the extent he is eligible under the terms and conditions thereof, in all profit-sharingany bonus, pension, retirement, disability, hospitalization, insurance, medical, disabilitymedical service, or other fringe employee benefit or executive perquisite plans plan which is generally available to other senior executives executive employees of the CompanyCorporation and which may be in effect from time to time during the period of his employment hereunder. The Corporation shall be under no obligation to institute or continue the existence of any such employee benefit plan.

Other Benefits. The Executive will shall be entitled to participate, on the same basis and to the same extent he is eligible under as other executive employees of the terms and conditions thereofCompanies (individually or jointly), in all profit-sharingany pension, hospitalization, life insurance, medicalhealth insurance, disability, or short-term disability and hospital plans and other fringe benefits or benefit plans presently in effect and hereafter maintained or executive perquisite plans generally available created by the Companies (individually or jointly). During the term of this Agreement, the Companies (individually and jointly) agree not to other senior executives of reduce the Companybenefits provided to the Executive.

Executive will be entitled to participateshall, when and to the extent he is eligible under the terms and conditions thereoftherefor, be entitled to participate in all profit-sharing, hospitalization, insurance, medical, disability, or other fringe benefit or executive perquisite plans and benefits generally available accorded to other senior executives employees of the Company. This will include adequate health care coverage for the employee and his/her dependents, profit sharing, additional stock options based upon performance.

Other Benefits. The Executive will shall be entitled to participate, participate in all benefit programs that the Company establishes and makes available to its executives to the extent he is that the Executive’s position, tenure, salary, age, health and other qualifications make him eligible under to participate. Such participation shall be subject to (i) the terms and conditions thereof, in all profit-sharing, hospitalization, insurance, medical, disability, or other fringe benefit or executive perquisite plans generally available to other senior executives of the Companyapplicable plan documents and (ii) generally applicable Company policies.
