Other Board Service. In addition to his responsibilities to the Company, Employee may sit on the corporate or advisory boards of other companies, as long as those responsibilities do not interfere or conflict with Employee’s duties and responsibilities to the Company, or the performance thereof. Employee may receive compensation for such services when appropriate, as long as such compensation does not create a conflict of interest for the Employee or the Company.
