Common use of Other Claims Clause in Contracts

Other Claims. 76. By issuance of this Settlement Agreement, the United States and EPA assume no liability for injuries or damages to persons or property resulting from any acts or omissions of Respondents. The United States or EPA shall not be deemed a party to any contract entered into by Respondents or its directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, representatives, assigns, contractors, or consultants in carrying out actions pursuant to this Settlement Agreement.

Other Claims. 76113. By issuance of this Settlement Agreement, the United States and EPA assume no liability for injuries or damages to persons or property resulting from any acts or omissions of RespondentsRespondent. The Neither the United States or nor EPA nor the State shall not be deemed a party to any contract entered into by Respondents Lessee or its directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, representatives, assigns, contractors, or consultants in carrying out actions pursuant to this Settlement AgreementSettlement.

Other Claims. 7674. The United States or EPA shall not be held out as or deemed a party to any contract entered into by Respondents Respondents’ or its their directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, representatives, assigns, contractors, or consultants in carrying out actions pursuant to this Settlement Agreement.
