Common use of Other Compensation Matters Clause in Contracts

Other Compensation Matters. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement (including the Release set forth in Section 6 hereof), you hereby acknowledge that, in connection with your resignation when you cease to be an employee of the Company, you will not be entitled to receive from the Company or an affiliate (i) any severance or other payments or benefits, except as provided for in this Section 2, or (ii) any retiree termination welfare benefits (other than health care continuation coverage that you may be entitled to elect pursuant to Section 4980B of the Code).

Other Compensation Matters. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement (including the Release set forth in Section 6 hereof), you hereby acknowledge that, in connection with your resignation when you cease retirement and ceasing to be an employee of the Company, you will not be entitled to receive from the Company or an affiliate (i) any additional severance pay or other payments or benefits, benefits except as provided for in this Section 23.1(b), or (ii) any retiree termination welfare benefits (other than health care continuation coverage that you may be entitled to elect pursuant to Section 4980B of the CodeCode and except as provided in Section 3.1(a)), in each case including, but not limited to any severance pay or benefits pursuant to the Employment Agreement. Your participation in all Company perquisites will cease as of the Retirement Date.

Your participation in all Company perquisites will cease as of the Retirement Date.
