Common use of Other Compensation Matters Clause in Contracts

Other Compensation Matters. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement (including the Release set forth in Section 7 hereof), you hereby acknowledge that, in connection with your retirement and ceasing to be an employee of the Company, you will not be entitled to receive from the Company or an affiliate (i) any additional severance pay or benefits except as provided in Section 4.1 and Section 4.2, or (ii) any retiree termination welfare benefits (other than health care continuation coverage that you may be entitled to elect pursuant to Section 4980B of the Code and except as provided in Section 4.1(b)), in each case including, but not limited to any severance pay or benefits pursuant to the Employment Agreement. Your participation in all Company perquisites will cease as of the Retirement Date.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement (including the Release set forth in Section 7 hereof), you hereby acknowledge that, in connection with your retirement Resignation and ceasing Retirement when you cease to be an employee of the Company, you will not be entitled to receive from the Company or an affiliate (i) any additional severance pay or benefits except as provided in Section 4.1 and Section 4.2, or (ii) any retiree termination welfare benefits (other than health care continuation coverage that you may be entitled to elect pursuant to Section 4980B of the Code and except as provided in Section 4.1(b)Code), in each case including, but not limited to any severance pay or benefits pursuant to the Employment Agreement. Your participation in all Company perquisites will cease as of the Retirement Date.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement (including the Release set forth in Section 7 6 hereof), you hereby acknowledge that, in connection with your retirement and ceasing to be an employee of the Company, you will not be entitled to receive from the Company or an affiliate (i) any additional severance pay or benefits except as provided in Section 4.1 and Section 4.23.1(b), or (ii) any retiree termination welfare benefits (other than health care continuation coverage that you may be entitled to elect pursuant to Section 4980B of the Code and except as provided in Section 4.1(b3.1(a)), in each case including, but not limited to any severance pay or benefits pursuant to the Employment Agreement. Your participation in all Company perquisites will cease as of the Retirement Date.

Other Compensation Matters. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement (including the Release set forth in Section 7 6 hereof), you hereby acknowledge that, in connection with your retirement and ceasing resignation when you cease to be an employee of the Company, you will not be entitled to receive from the Company or an affiliate (i) any additional severance pay or benefits other payments or benefits, except as provided for in this Section 4.1 and Section 4.22, or (ii) any retiree termination welfare benefits (other than health care continuation coverage that you may be entitled to elect pursuant to Section 4980B of the Code and except as provided in Section 4.1(bCode)), in each case including, but not limited to any severance pay or benefits pursuant to the Employment Agreement. Your participation in all Company perquisites will cease as of the Retirement Date.
