Other Conditions Satisfied. Each of the other conditions precedent required to be satisfied on the Closing Date, and each of the other documents to be delivered on the Closing Date in accordance with the Loan Documents, shall have been properly satisfied and delivered in accordance with the relevant provisions thereof.
