OTHER CONTRACT PROVISIONS. REQUIREMENT: DMA may identify any other condition resulting from Contractor non-compliance with the RFP and contract through routine monitoring activities. DMA will notify the Contractor in writing of the non-compliance and designate a reasonable time for correction of the non-compliance.
