Other Contracts and Third-Party Beneficiaries. The parties agree that they have not entered into this Agreement for the benefit of any third person or persons, and it is their express intention that the Agreement is intended to be for their respective benefit only and not for the benefit of any non-party who might otherwise claim to be deemed to constitute a third-party beneficiary hereof.
