Other Costs Reserve Estimate. Although Other Costs will not be budgeted, Manager will recommend, and LIPA will adopt an annual reserve level for Other Costs for each annual and five year T&D budget to enable estimation of total revenue requirements for the T&D system. Such estimate will also be used by LIPA for determination of financial reserve requirements for the T&D system.
