OTHER CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS. 9.1. The Customer shall and shall procure that Users (or anyone having access to the Services), shall: (a) comply with any instructions from Company relating to the use of the Services; (b) not use the Services in a manner which is inconsist- ent with a reasonable customer’s good faith use of the Services or the Network; (c) not use the Services in a manner which, in Company’s opinion, will (or is likely to) adversely affect the provision of the Services to the Customer, Company’s or O2’s other customers or users of the Network; (d) not use the Services fraudulently or in connection with a criminal offence; (e) not make nuisance calls;
