Other District-Owned Property. Other areas of the District which are enclosed, such as meeting rooms, auditoriums, and similar areas may be intentionally designated by the District as designated public forums, subject to content-neutral time, place and manner restrictions. Unless so designated, such areas are non-public forums. The Forum designated of a classroom or other District-owed property in no way restricts, limits or alters Faculty Academic Freedom as provided by this Article or in the Academic Freedom Statements referenced in Article 23C above.

  • Removal of Personal Property All articles of personal property owned by Tenant or installed by Tenant at its expense in the Premises (including business and trade fixtures, furniture and movable partitions) shall be, and remain, the property of Tenant, and shall be removed by Tenant from the Premises, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, on or before the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease. Tenant shall repair any damage caused by such removal.

Any such activity, and any terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such activity, is solely between Subscriber and the applicable third party. TOMIS and its licensors shall have no liability, obligation, or responsibility for any such correspondence, purchase, or promotion between Subscriber and any such third party.
