Other Documentation Administrative Agent shall have received all documents and instruments that Administrative Agent has then reasonably requested, in addition to those described in this Section 4.1. All such additional documents and instruments shall be reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent in form, substance and date.

Documentation and Record Keeping 1. Records to be Maintained Subrecipient shall maintain all records required by the Federal regulations specified in 24 CFR 570.506 that are pertinent to the activities to be funded under this Contract. Such records shall include, but not be limited to:
Other Documents The Administrative Agent shall have received such other instruments and documents incidental and appropriate to the transaction provided for herein as the Administrative Agent or its special counsel may reasonably request, and all such documents shall be in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
Execution of Other Documents The parties shall cooperate fully in the execution of any other documents and in the completion of any other acts that may be necessary or appropriate to give full force and effect to this Agreement.
AUDITS AND EXAMINATIONS 8.1. Each Party to this Agreement will be responsible for the accuracy and quality of its data as submitted to the other Party involved. Subject to each Party’s reasonable security requirements and except as may be otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, either Party, at its own expense, may audit the other Party’s books, records and other documents directly related to billing and invoicing once in any twelve (12) month period for the purpose of evaluating the accuracy of the other Party’s billing and invoicing. Documentation and compliance (a) The data importer shall promptly and adequately deal with enquiries from the data exporter that relate to the processing under these Clauses.

Tax Documentation Xxxxxx agrees to provide a completed IRS 1099 for its payments to, and Xxxxxxx agrees to provide IRS W-9 forms for, each of the following payees under this Settlement Agreement:
Correspondence and Information 6.1 Except where otherwise specified in this Agreement, correspondence between the Association and the University arising out of this Agreement or incidental thereto shall pass between the President and the President of the Association, or their designates.
