Special Tools. Seller shall obtain, unload, provide, and maintain an inventory of, store in accordance with the Performance Standard, and deliver to Buyer at the Closing, one (1) complete set of any Special Tools required for operation, maintenance, repair, removal, or replacement of the Project Assets (in whole or in part). If Seller performs any work after the Closing to Remedy a Defect, Buyer shall make all such Special Tools available to Seller upon request. Seller shall repair promptly to a condition free of any Defect or replace promptly with an equal or superior product any such Special Tool that is damaged or lost while in Seller’s possession or control.
Special Tools. Unless otherwise stated, all special tools, dies, jigs, patterns, machinery and equipment needed by Seller for the performance of this Order shall be obtained by Seller at its expense and shall be the property of Seller.
Special Tools. Where special tools are required on special jobs, same will be supplied by the Employer, to be returned to the Employer by men using the same and if not returned, to be paid for by the men. It is agreed by the Employer to paint such tools for Company identification purposes.

31.02 The Employer agrees to provide adequate protection and storage for all tools, safety equipment or protective clothing issued and to accept responsibility for normal wear and tear on return of broken or worn tools. Tools, safety equipment or protective clothing shall be kept in good condition at all times. Employees willfully misusing or failing to report the loss of tools, safety equipment or protective clothing may be subject to the cost of replacement and/or discipline.
31.03 No members of the Union working under the terms of this Agreement will be permitted to furnish, supply or rent to any Employer any equipment used in connection with Ironworkers' work. Except as provided herein, Union members will not engage in work that is in competition to that of their Employers.
Special Tools. .1 Provide special tools, in quantities specified in individual specification section.
.2 Provide items with tags identifying their associated function and equipment.
.3 Deliver to Site; place and store.
.4 Contractor to receive and catalogue all items.
Special Tools. Mechanics employed on Contract Service or Repairs shall only be required to carry those tools from the list necessary as determined by the Employer, to carry out their duties and these shall be insured as above, provided that when commencing employment the Employee shall submit to the Superintendent or their representative an inventory of tools brought on the job. The inventory list shall be signed by the Employer’s representative and the Employee. Coverage will commence at the date of the filing of the inventory with the Employer. The Employee shall ensure that the inventory is current.
Special Tools. Any special tools of a type recommended by Distributor and designed specifically for service of any Isuzu Vehicles that were offered for sale by Distributor to Isuzu Dealers during the three (3) year period immediately preceding termination and were purchased by Dealer from Distributor, at prices therefor established in accordance with the pricing formula set forth in the then current Service Policies and Procedures Manual.
Special Tools. Specialized tools for work related task will be purchased by the School District upon approval from the Mechanic’s Department Supervisor.
Special Tools. If special tooling used in the performance of this order have been charged to this order, or other orders placed by Buyer, title to such special tooling shall vest in the Buyer at the option of the Buyer in writing. Such tooling is to be used only in the performance of such Purchase Orders unless otherwise approved by the Buyer. The Seller agrees that it will follow normal industrial practice in the identification and maintenance of the property control records on all such tooling, and will make such records available for inspection by the Buyer or the Government as all reasonable times. After the termination or completion of such order(s) and upon the request of the Buyer, the Seller shall furnish a list of such tooling in the form requested and shall make such tooling available for disposition by the Buyer.
Special Tools. Dealer agrees to purchase from MBUSA all Special Tools of Category A and B ("Category A and B Tools") as may be reasonably required by MBUSA and which are the minimum required for the service, maintenance, and repair of Maybach Passenger Cars regardless of size. Delivery of Category A and B Tools by MBUSA to Dealer will be automatic and via a timetable determined appropriate by MBUSA in its reasonable discretion. Dealer may also acquire, at their own discretion, Special Tools of Category C for larger scale repairs. Dealer agrees to maintain all Special Tools in operational condition and in calibration as designated by MBUSA. Dealer will manage the inventory of Special Tools using a storage and inventory management system specified by MBUSA. Dealer agrees that such inventory will be subject to periodic inspection by MBUSA. In the event a dealer utilizes its own body shop, dealer agrees to acquire Special Tools of Category K for use in the repair of Maybach Passenger Cars as specified by the repair procedure. Dealers that sublet body shop repairs shall use its best efforts to monitor, advise, and assure these locations are equipped with the necessary tools, repair instructions, and training support to perform the repairs.
