OTHER DUTIES OF THE EXECUTIVE DURING AND AFTER THE PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT. A. The Executive will, with reasonable notice during or after the Period of Employment, furnish information as may be in the Executive’s possession and fully cooperate with the Company and its affiliates as may be requested in connection with any claims or legal action in which the Company or any of its affiliates is or may become a party. During the Period of Employment, the Executive will comply in all respects with the Company’s Business Principles, policies and standards. After the Period of Employment, the Executive will cooperate as reasonably requested with the Company and its affiliates in connection with any claims or legal actions in which the Company or any of its affiliates is or may become a party. After the Period of Employment, the Company agrees to reimburse the Executive for any reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Executive by reason of such cooperation, including any loss of salary due, to the extent permitted by law, and the Company will make reasonable efforts to minimize interruption of the Executive’s life in connection with the Executive’s cooperation in such matters as provided for in this Section VII-A.
