OTHER DUTIES OF THE REGISTRAR. 11.1 The Registrar shall perform such duties as are set out herein and in the Terms and Conditions, any N Covered Bond Agreement and in any N Covered Bond Assignment and Accession Agreement and, in performing those duties, shall act in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement, of the N Covered Bond Conditions and of the N Covered Bond Assignment and Accession Agreement.

OTHER DUTIES OF THE REGISTRAR. 11.1 The Registrar shall perform such duties as are set out herein and in the Terms and Conditions, any N Covered Bond Agreement Confirmation (incorporating the N Covered Bond Confirmation Terms) and in any N Covered Bond Assignment and Accession Agreement Agreement, and, in performing those duties, shall act in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement, Agreement and the provisions of the relevant N Covered Bond Confirmation (incorporating the N Covered Bond Conditions Confirmation Terms) and of the N Covered Bond Assignment and Accession Agreement.
