Other Employee Insurance. Tax sheltered annuities are available to employees pursuant to Education Code Section 44041. Employees may request reduction in their contract for Tax Sheltered Annuity purposes by completing the necessary forms and submitting them to the District Business Office no later than 5:00 p.m. on the first working day of the month affected. A cancellation request must be received in the Business Office by no later than the first working day of the month affected.
