As part of this Task, Mintier Harnish will also evaluate the 2020 Ad Hoc Committee General Plan Update Recommendations. Mintier Harnish will then prepare technical amendments to the Land Use, Open Space and Conservation, and Economic Development Elements.

  • OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET (OMB) AUDIT REQUIREMENTS The parties shall comply with the requirements of the Single Audit Act of 1984, P.L. 98-502, ensuring that the single audit report includes the coverage stipulated in 2 CFR 200.

  • Alterations and Amendments This Agreement, applicable fees and service charges may be altered or amended from time-to-time. In such event, we will provide notice to you. Any use of the Service after we provide you a notice of change will constitute your agreement to such change(s). Further, we may, from time to time, revise or update the applications, services, and/or related material, which may render all such prior versions obsolete. Consequently, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement as to all such prior versions of the applications, services, and/or related material and limit access to only the Service's more recent revisions and updates.

  • CHANGE ORDERS AND AMENDMENTS A. Any alterations, additions, or deletions to the terms of this Agreement, which are required by changes in federal or state law or by regulations, are automatically incorporated without written amendment hereto, and shall become effective on the date designated by such law or by regulation. B. To ensure the legal and effective performance of this Agreement, both parties agree that any amendment that affects the performance under this Agreement must be mutually agreed upon and that all such amendments must be in writing.   • Compensation Program Amendments Each of the Company’s compensation, bonus, incentive and other benefit plans, arrangements and agreements (including golden parachute, severance and employment agreements) (collectively, “Benefit Plans”) with respect to you is hereby amended to the extent necessary to give effect to provisions (1) and (2). For reference, certain affected Benefit Plans are set forth in Appendix A to this letter. In addition, the Company is required to review its Benefit Plans to ensure that they do not encourage senior executive officers to take unnecessary and excessive risks that threaten the value of the Company.   • General Amendments Without the consent of the Noteholders but after notifying the Rating Agencies, the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee may, and when directed by Issuer Order will, amend this Indenture: (i) to correct or expand the description of property subject to the Lien of this Indenture, or better to assure, convey and confirm to the Indenture Trustee property subject or required to be subjected to the Lien of this Indenture, or to subject additional property to the Lien of this Indenture; (ii) to evidence the succession of any other Person to the Issuer, and the assumption by the successor of the obligations of the Issuer in this Indenture and in the Notes; (iii) to add to the obligations of the Issuer, for the benefit of the Noteholders, or to surrender a right or power given to the Issuer in this Indenture; (iv) to transfer, assign, mortgage or pledge property to or with the Indenture Trustee; (v) to clarify an ambiguity, correct an error or correct or supplement a term in this Indenture inconsistent with another term in this Indenture or to add terms which are not inconsistent with the other terms of this Indenture if the action does not have a material adverse effect on the interests of the Noteholders; (vi) to evidence the acceptance of the appointment under this Indenture of a successor trustee and to add to or change this Indenture necessary for the administration of the trusts under this Indenture by more than one trustee; or (vii) to modify, eliminate or add to the terms of this Indenture to effect the qualification of this Indenture under the TIA and to add to this Indenture other terms required by the TIA.
