In addition, tailored information for healthcare professionals on the launch of FoodEXplorer has been developed and will be disseminated to European and national health professional contacts when the tool is launched.

Other Healthcare Professionals. Physician may employ other licensed healthcare professionals such as nurses and/or physician assistants (collectively, “Providers”) who may participate in the Telehealth Services. Physician is responsible for ensuring that all Providers participating in the Telehealth Services shall: (i) have the licenses, credentials, and qualifications required by law to perform any of the tasks or duties that may from time to time be assigned to them; (ii) meet the applicable standard of care; and (iii) otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Other Healthcare Professionals. Health Care Provider may employ other licensed healthcare professionals such as nurses and/or Health Care Provider assistants (collectively, “Providers”) who may participate in the Telehealth Services. Health Care Provider is responsible for ensuring that all Providers participating in the Telehealth Services shall: (a) have the licenses, credentials, and qualifications required by law to perform any of the tasks or duties that may from time to time be assigned to them; (b) meet the applicable standard of care; (c) are allowed by law to furnish Telemedicine Services; and (d) otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Scope of Professional Services 3.1 On the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, COUNTY hereby engages CONTRACTOR to provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete the Project/Service in accordance with the Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment A, as modified or clarified by Addendum(s) # , dated , attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Attachment B. It is understood that the Scope of Services may be modified by change order as the Project/Service progresses, but to be effective and binding, any such change order must be in writing, executed by the parties, and in accordance with the COUNTY’s Purchasing Policies and Procedures.
