OTHER INCLUDED SERVICES. Commencing on the Effective Date, Genco will perform certain other services, as provided in SCHEDULE 3.04 (the OTHER INCLUDED SERVICES) without additional charge beyond the Implementation Fees and the Transaction Fees.
