Common use of Other Insurance Coverage Clause in Contracts

Other Insurance Coverage. A. AOCDS shall maintain a trust fund for the sole purpose of providing insurance benefits such as, but not limited to, disability, dental and life insurance for employees in these Representation Units. B. The County shall, on a biweekly basis, forward thirty (30) cents per hour for all regular hours paid for all regular, regular limited-term and probationary employees in these Representation Units for deposit in said trust fund. C. Insurance coverages provided through the trust fund with monies contributed by the County shall be made available by AOCDS to all employees in the Representation Units on an equal basis regardless of membership status. D. AOCDS shall agree to the same audit process as outlined in Section 4. C. and
