Other Insurance Matters. All insurance required under this Agreement shall: (a) Be subject to deductibles not exceeding amounts customarily provided for hospitals of similar size, structure, and replacement value located in the State of California. (b) Be issued by insurance companies authorized to do business in the State of California, with a financial rating of at least B+ status as rated by the most recent edition of Best’s Insurance Reports. (c) Name Xxxxxx as additional insured.
