Common use of Other Intentions Clause in Contracts

Other Intentions. Executive wishes to accept Employer’s offer to be retained as an executive and of additional benefits set forth in this Agreement, to which Executive is not otherwise entitled. Executive agrees, as a condition of Employer’s offer of additional benefits set forth in this Agreement, to sign this Agreement in order that Employer may have reasonable protections against the disclosure of its Confidential Information, assurance of Executive’s adherence to his other agreements under Article 7 of this Agreement, and certain protections related to Notice of Termination as set forth in this Agreement.

Executive wishes desires to accept Employer’s 's offer to be retained as an executive of employment and of additional benefits set forth in this Agreement, to which Executive is not otherwise entitled. Executive agrees, as a condition of Employer’s offer of additional benefits set forth in this Agreement, to sign this Agreement in order that Employer may have reasonable protections against the disclosure of its Confidential Information, assurance other conduct of Executive’s adherence to his other agreements Executive prohibited under Article 7 of this Agreement, and certain protections related to Notice of Termination as set forth in this Agreement.

Other Intentions. Executive wishes desires to accept Employer’s 's offer to be retained as an executive of the new and of additional benefits set forth in this Agreement, to which Executive is not otherwise entitled; and to continue his salary, incentive compensation and other benefits and perquisites at levels that reflect Executive's past contributions and anticipated future contributions to Employer. Executive agrees, as a condition of Employer’s 's offer of the new and additional benefits set forth in this Agreement, to sign this Agreement in order that Employer may have reasonable protections against the disclosure of its Confidential Information, assurance Information and other conduct of Executive’s adherence to his other agreements under Executive prohibited by Article 7 of this Agreement, and certain protections related to Notice of Termination as set forth in this Agreement.
