Common use of Other Items and Information Clause in Contracts

Other Items and Information. Such other information concerning Borrower, the Project, and the assets, business, financial condition, operations, property, prospects, and results of operations of Borrower, as well as the financial statements and other information for prospective purchasers of any portion of the Land, as Lender reasonably requests from time to time. In this regard, promptly upon request of Lender, Borrower shall deliver to Lender counterparts and/or conditional assignments as security of any and all construction contracts, receipted invoices, bills of sale, statements, conveyances, and other agreements, documents, and instruments of any nature relating to the Project or under which Borrower claims title to any materials or supplies used or to be used in the Project. Also, in this regard, promptly upon request of Lender, Borrower shall deliver to Lender a complete list of all contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, other vendors, artisans, and laborers performing work or services or providing materials or supplies for the Project.
