OTHER LAWS APPLICABLE. All provisions of law, including penalties, applicable with respect to the taxes imposed by section 4131 of such Code shall, inso- far as applicable and not inconsistent with the provi- sions of this subsection, apply to the floor stocks taxes imposed by paragraph (1), to the same extent as if such taxes were imposed by such section 4131.’’ (a) Definitions relating to taxable vaccines (1) Taxable vaccine (A) Any vaccine containing diphtheria tox- oid.   • LAWS APPLICABLE The parties to this Agreement acknowledge and expect that over the term of this Agreement laws may change. Specifically, the parties acknowledge and expect (i) federal Medicaid statutes and regulations, (ii) state Medicaid statutes and rules, (iii) state statutes and rules governing practice of health-care professions, and (iv) any other laws cited in this contract may change. The parties shall be mutually bound by such changes.

  • Other Laws This chapter shall not be interpreted or applied to any contractor or to any employee in a manner inconsistent with the laws of the United States or California.

  • Laws Applicable to Construction The interpretation, performance and enforcement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware as applied to contracts executed in and performed wholly within the State of Delaware, without reference to principles of conflict of laws.

  • Notification of Laws and Regulations The Servicer shall immediately notify the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee and the Rating Agencies in writing if it becomes aware of any Requirements of Law or CPUC Regulations hereafter promulgated that have a material adverse effect on the Servicer’s ability to perform its duties under this Agreement.

  • Laws Applicable to Construction; Consent to Jurisdiction The interpretation, performance and enforcement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without reference to principles of conflict of laws, as applied to contracts executed in and performed wholly within the State of Delaware. In addition to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Restricted Stock Units are subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan, which is hereby incorporated by reference.
