Common use of Other License Limitations Clause in Contracts

Other License Limitations. (a) You may use the Software only for your sole and exclusive benefit as licensed hereunder, and agree not to use the Software to provide time-sharing or other similar services on behalf of third parties. (b) You will not try to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the Software nor use any mechanical, electronic or other method to trace, decompile, disassemble, derive or identify the Software’s source code, or permit others to do so. You may make one copy of the Software for archival and back-up purposes only. (c) You will not transfer, distribute, sell, lease, license or sublicense the Software to others (other than to Named Users as necessary to permit them to use the Software as this SLA permits).
