Other Management Services. The Manager agrees to conduct the business and details of the operation of the Series as shall be agreed to from time to time by the parties hereto; provided, however, that the Manager shall not act as custodian for Series assets. The Manager also agrees, at its own cost, to provide the Series with certain executive, administrative and clerical personnel and to provide the Series with office facilities and supplies.
