Common use of Other Operational Requirements Clause in Contracts

Other Operational Requirements. Tenant must dispose of all trash and debris in areas and in containers designated by Director. If City provides common trash areas, Tenant is required to establish a permit to use the trash containers for a charge determined by Director from time to time. Tenant may not place or leave or permit to be placed or left in or upon any part of the common areas or corridors adjacent to the Premises any garbage, debris or refuse. Tenant acknowledges that the operational requirements of the Airport as an airport facility, including without limitation security requirements, are of paramount importance. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that it must conduct its business in a manner that does not conflict with the operational requirements of the Airport as an airport facility and that fully accommodates those requirements. Without limiting other waivers herein, Tenant waives all claims for any Losses arising out of or connected to the operation of the Airport as an airport facility.
