Common use of Other Owner Contracts Clause in Contracts

Other Owner Contracts. Owner may award other contracts for additional new construction, buildings or equipment or for reconstruction, alteration, replacement to or addition of equipment, and improvement of existing buildings on the Site, and Contractor shall fully cooperate in the storage of materials and the detailed execution of the Work, coordinate and integrate his operations with such other contractors, and carefully fit his own Work to that provided under other contracts, as he may be directed by Owner or Owner’s Representative. Contractor shall not commit or permit any act which will interfere with the performance of the work of any other contractor.
