Other Owners. Telephone companies that have joint ownership of Poles with Owner and/or those telephone companies that have authorized CL&P to license attachment of Facilities on such telephone companies’ Poles or jointly owned Poles.
Other Owners. Owner represents that it is authorized to bind and does bind all owners with an interest in the Project, or an interest in the product of the Work (or who may claim any such interest through Owner), to the releases, limitations on liability and other protections of Contractor set forth in this Agreement. Owner’s successors, assigns and any future recipient of any equity ownership in the Project or the Train 4 Facility shall be bound by the releases, limitations on liability and other protections of Contractor set forth in this Agreement, and Owner shall obtain the express written agreement of such equity participants to be bound by such releases, limitations of liability and other protections of Contractor.
Other Owners. Owner acknowledges and agrees that Broker may now or in the future represent other owners and tenants of other similar properties.

Other Owners. Owner agrees that it will use reasonable efforts to ------------ obtain from the Financing Parties their express written agreement to be bound by the releases, limitations of liability and limitations of remedy expressed in this Contract, such that the aggregate of Contractor's liability to Owner and the Financing Parties shall not exceed the limits of liability of Contractor to Owner set forth in this Contract.
Other Owners. With respect to any Property in which any tenants-in-common, joint venture partners or other third parties have an interest in the title to such Property, the applicable Seller of such Property agrees to use its best efforts to convey or have conveyed to Purchaser one hundred percent (100%) of the title to such Property. The tenants-in-common, joint venture partners or other third parties shall be entitled to receive their allocable share of the applicable Purchase Price for such Property as set forth on Exhibit N. In the event that any Seller is unable to convey to Purchaser 100% of the title to any Property, such Seller shall convey to Purchaser all of its interest in such Property and the applicable Purchase Price for such Property shall be reduced proportionately by the amount which such Seller's interest is less than 100%.
