Train 3 definition

Train 3 means the third liquefaction unit to be constructed as part of the Project.

Train 3 means the third Train that is commercially operable after Train 2, as notified by Sabine Pass Liquefaction to the relevant customer of Sabine Pass Liquefaction, or expected by Sabine Pass Liquefaction to be commercially operable after Train 2, with a nominal production capacity of at least 216.5 MMBtu per annum of LNG.

Train 3 has the meaning assigned to such term in the T3 EPC Contract.

• Without limiting the foregoing, if there are common issues of fact or law in connection with any Disputes in an arbitration conducted under this Article 18 and any disputes in connection with any arbitration under the Trains 1 and 2 EPC Agreement or any arbitration under the Train 3 EPC Agreement, either Party may consolidate the arbitrations.
