Common use of Other Payment Information Clause in Contracts

Other Payment Information. Upon request, all eligible Non-Executive Agencies must furnish Contractor(s) with the proper tax exemption certificates. Contractor(s) is encouraged to voluntarily extend service Contracts to those additional entities authorized to utilize commodity Contracts under Section 163(3) (iv) of the Procurement Act of 1995, as per Xxxxxxxx X, §00(x).
