Other Payment Information. The Recipient agrees to adhere to and impose on its subgrantees all applicable foregoing "Payment by FMCSA" requirements of this Agreement. If the Recipient fails to adhere to the foregoing "Payment by FMCSA" requirements of this Agreement, FMCSA may revoke the portion of the Recipient's funds that has not been expended.
