Other Periodic Reports. 1. Grantee shall use COMETS to respond to all citations of non-compliance with standards and grant requirements issued in regularly scheduled monitoring visit performance reports and any Non-Compliance Citation Reports (NCCR) that are issued by the Department. The Grantee shall submit the required corrective action responses within the mandated time frame as specified by the COMETS system.
