Programmatic Reporting. The Contractor shall submit the following reports to the Department’s representative:
Programmatic Reporting. In accordance with 45 CFR §75.301, Performance Measurement, Recipients must relate financial data to performance accomplishments of the Federal award and provide cost information to demonstrate cost effective practices (e.g., through unit cost data). Performance will be measured in a way that will help CMS and other non-Federal entities to improve program outcomes, share lessons learned, and spread the adoption of promising practices.
Programmatic Reporting. Sub-grantee shall prepare written programmatic reports on a bi-annual basis throughout the project period. These reports will be due each year, by May 30 and November 30. Failure to submit reports may result in future payment delays. To support consistent and transparent public access to project outcomes funded through the Inflation Reduction Act, grantees are required to report quantitative and qualitative project accomplishments to a public- facing Impact Reporting Platform. Grantees will be provided instructions for project impact reporting.
Programmatic Reporting. 7.3.1 CSD shall issue further guidance on programmatic reporting.
Programmatic Reporting. Annual Work Plans: Not later than 60 days from the effective date of this Award, the Recipient shall work with the AOR to finalize the draft annual work-plan that was submitted with X.XXX/IESC’s technical application. Not later than 60 days prior to the beginning of each subsequent year, the Recipient shall submit one copy to the AOR of draft annual work-plan for each subsequent year. The work-plan shall include the activities planned to be conducted, the site(s) where they will be conducted, and benchmarks/milestones; the outputs/outcomes which the Recipient expects to achieve; and the inputs planned to be provided by the Recipient, during the work-plan period. Included in the work plan shall be an explanation of how those inputs are expected to achieve the outputs/outcomes and benchmarks/milestones. The work-plans will also include the Recipient’s planned international travel, as described in the applicable Standard Provision, “International Mr Travel and Transportation.” The AOR shall review the draft annual work-plan, and shall provide comments within 30 days from receipt. Thereafter, the Recipient shall submit one copy of the final work-plan within 15 days of receipt of the AOR’s comments to the AOR for approval.
Programmatic Reporting. Contractor shall complete and submit a CSBG Discretionary Grant Work Plan/Final Report (CSD 626 FR) in accordance with the timeline set in Section 6.2.1.
Programmatic Reporting. Formative reporting on the program and activities of the DLO will be done semi-annually (November & May). The DLO will prepare the report in conjunction with the MRUSD Superintendent (or designee) and the Chief of Police (or designee). This report will contain updates on data related to outcomes of the Goals and Objectives for the program and other related information considered necessary by the DLO or requested by MRUSD/SAPD. The DLO will compile these semi-annual reports into a summative report and use them at the end of the year to create a final report in June.
Programmatic Reporting. Formative reporting on the program and activities of the DLO will be done semi-annually (November & May). The report will be prepared by the DLO, in conjunction with school-based leadership, EWSD Superintendent (or designee), and with the Chief of Police(or designee). This report will contain updates on data related to the Goals and Objectives for the program and gathered with the help of the school administrators and appropriate faculty and staff at the school, and other related information deemed important by the DLO or requested by EWSD/EPD. These semi-annual reports will be compiled by the DLO into a summative report and used at the end of the year to report to the EWSD School Board in June.
Programmatic Reporting. In accordance with2 CFR §200.301, Performance Measurement, Recipients must measure recipient’s performance to show achievement or program goals and objectives, share lessons learned, improve program outcomes, and xxxxxx adoption of promising practices. Program goals and objectives should be derived from program planning and design. See Program Term and Conditions for specific details.
Programmatic Reporting. OHS will support DSS in meeting all federal program requirements established under the terms and conditions of CMS waiver approval.
