OTHER PERMITS OR LICENSE. Lessee shall apply for and obtain, at its sole cost and expense, any and all License, permits, variances or other governmental approvals required to install, operate and maintain its Facilities in the Leased Space; provided that Lessee shall not submit any such applications without the prior written consent of Lessor, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
