Common use of Other Permitted Uses Clause in Contracts

Other Permitted Uses. If necessary, Business Associate may use PHI: (i) for the proper management and administration of the Business Associate; (ii) to carry out the legal responsibilities of the Business Associate; and (iii) for the provision of Data Aggregation services relating to the Health Care Operations of Covered Entity.
