Other Premium Rate Adjustment Requests. Changes in federal law, state law, FHKC policy, or to this Contract may have a substantial cost impact during the Contract Year. FHKC shall notify Insurer of the required change in writing. Insurer may submit a premium rate adjustment request to accommodate the change within thirty (30) Calendar Days of receipt of notice. The premium rate adjustment request must comply with section 2.8.1 (A)-(F).
