Other Reasons for Termination. The Senior Executive may terminate the Term of Employment and his employment with the Parent Corporation at any time either (A) upon thirty (30) days’ advance written notice to the Parent Corporation with Good Reason (“Termination With Good Reason”), or (B) upon ninety (90) days’ advance written notice to the Parent Corporation without Good Reason (“Termination Without Good Reason”).
