Other Recycling Containers. CONTRACTOR shall provide recycling containers to industrial/commercial CUSTOMERS which are appropriately sized for the service to be provided, and at a rate set by the AGENCY. The cost of supplying, repairing, and replacing such recycling containers shall be reflected in the rate set by AGENCY for this service. Ownership of the recycling containers purchased by CONTRACTOR under this AGREEMENT shall be and remain with CONTRACTOR. Depending on the materials collected and the service provided, a collection rate may also be set.
