Other Religious Observances. (a) Employees who observe different or additional spiritual holidays are entitled to up to three days leave without pay per calendar year to observe spiritual or holy days. Such leave will not be unreasonably withheld. (b) A minimum of two weeks' notice is required for leave under this provision. Where two weeks' notice is not possible due to the unpredictable nature of the spiritual or holy days, leave will not be unreasonably withheld. Where operational requirements limit the number of requests that may be granted within a worksite and/or functional work group, leave requests will be granted in order of seniority.

(c) Employees scheduling leave under this provision may utilize or reschedule vacation or time off in lieu of overtime or statutory holidays.
